:rotfl:- personally I'd have the chocolate Brownie - but then I don't like wine so I would say that! ;)

My first WI this morning!! (****DRUM ROLL PLEASE****) - Despite the odd slip up along the way, in my first week I've lost a grand total of 4lbs!! :A

That'll be the fluid gone - now for some proper fat busting!! This is actually the lowest weight I got down to when I was going to the classes as well - so if I manage to get even another lb off - I'll be doing cartwheels!!

    Have a good day everyone!

    xx

Great attitude ...I keep thinking of all the photos that are taken over christmas...and if I work hard now I will feel much more confident and not try and avoid as many.

Terri you need to draw a line under this week and look forward to next week which will be better:D

I have decided that my Christmas action plan is to allow myself whatever I want to eat on Christmas Day and New Years Eve but stick to the plan the rest of the time.

I am not buying many cakes or nuts as its mainly me that eats them but I am going to look for some low syn Chrissmassy recepies to treat myself with in the run up to the big day.

Maybe this year I might even miss out on feeling like poo from all the rubbish I have eaten:rolleyes:

i have alot of hard work to do this weekend to try and break even on Tuesday when i weigh in for real (with a new consultant i might add).

    Morning everyone

Northernlass - dont worry about it. I was naughty n got on the scales too n i'd put on. I was determined to have a good week too this week. I've 28days to loose 5-7lbs so i can fit in my dress for wedding. Was totally my fault yesterday tho, i totally sabotaged myself and bought some treats for people that were coming over for tea and ended up munching away with them:o thinks its nearly my totm too cuz i'm craving loads of sweet stuff. Might give weetabix cake a go.

Crap_with_money - thats brill i bet you feel really pleased, i could do with a loss like that.

Right must get my !!!! in gear and stop feeling sorry for myself, need to sort summat quick for lunch for work. I'm there 10.30 till 3.30 but only get 15min lunch any ideas?
I was gonna have spag hoops on toast before i go and take fruit but have no fruit left. Was thinking pasta salad or maybe scraping toast n taking sarnie.

    Have a good day everyone
