Oh not you as well Lou, ive been poorly, i still have Olivia off school since Thursday, Linda is ill and in bed shes not sure if she will make it tonight, we have all had the flu and been really poorly with it, its worse than a common cold but not such a bad strain for flu somewhere in the middle but bad enough.
will you be ok for tonight then, i hope so..

I just feel under the weather NL, have a cold and a mouth full of coldsores which make me feel miserable:(

I will be going tonight though I am really looking forward to having a nice meal and I am sure a laugh with the group:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • Oh i think there will be plenty of laughs and probably tears off Claire bless her.

  • My questions for today (Sorry, still trying to get back in the swing of it):

If you have tinned fruit, which is in juice rather than syrup - does it have a syn value or is it free?

Also - what do you all snack on on meat days? So far I survive on Muller Light Yoghurts or Fruit - but I'm imagining that might get a bit boring quite quickly!!

    xx

There are some tinned fruits in juice that you can have as a Healthy Extra B choice. :j They should be in your book, or I can do you a list if you like when I get back from the shops!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!
  • oh no it's ok, don't go to any bother - I'll have a look through the book tonight when I get home!

NL and Lou - hope you enjoy your night! Is this your xmas night out with the class?

    xx

Hope the weigh in went ok for you two and have a lovely meal. I'm feeling smug as I've been really good all day and if I'd gone out for dinner there would be no stopping me.

I've arranged a wee night out with my girlfriends in a couple of weeks so hoping to have lost a bit more by then and to be able to fit into something nice (from the wardrobe).
