  • I like that 1 meal out of 21 thinking penguin and the calories on my diet are divided up equally for each meal so it's spot on. not that I'm planning on going out much...
I'm trying to visualise myself in a lovely dress that's in my wardrobe that is supposed to stretch and skim over your body but sort of s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-s and sits there accentuating the lumpy bits instead at the moment.:o
ive got one of those dresses too:D

Thanks for the welcome. I've been hunting round trying to find my old mags but cant seem to find them anywhere. Think i lent then to my mate so i'll have to get them back asap. I'm busy trying to plan my meals for tomoro, but obvioulsy with no mags or book this is a tad difficult so i'm doing this from memory for now- also running low on food. This is what i plan to have...
    Green day
B - oatso simple (healthy extra?)
L - HM chicken baguette and syn free chips (6syns worth, bread healthy extra and low fat mayo 2syns?)
T - HM pasta bake (pasta free, tom sauce free, mozzarella healthy extra)
    S - apple, banana

I've probably got all of my syn values wrong sorry, will have a good look for my stuff again tomoro morning.
I was actually tempted to join online but nearly died when i saw how much it cost for 3 months. Think i'll just get the magazine tomoro when i pop to the shops instead.

Thanks Lou, some good weigh losses on there.

Lou, do you think you could do a total box, to show how much we have lost as a group?
It won't be long before we have lost a whole person :D

What a good idea:T I will sort that out today.

Feeling really unwell today:( no appetite which is good for the weight loss but not good for me as I feel like crap.

Forcing myself to eat a optifit yoghurt. Off to drop kids off to school then I think I will go back to bed.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I weighed in earlier, told Lou, but forgot to post it here

    I lost 6lbs this week :j

It's my first week, and I know the weight loss will slow down now, but I'm really pleased :D

    Holy cow spud.....
Would YOU move into my house to keep me on the straight & narrow?
My kids are trying but they are too sick to care if their mummy gets fat :(

sorry youre unwell Lou and on your day off too thats just typical.. try and eat tho not eating is not good for the weightloss as when you do eat it will be stored as fat again and we dont want that.. make sure you drink plenty too OK..
