I weighed in earlier, told Lou, but forgot to post it here

    I lost 6lbs this week :j

It's my first week, and I know the weight loss will slow down now, but I'm really pleased :D

Just over 5 weeks until Christmas so we all need to keep on track so that we can all look wonderful in our party gear.

I have my first meal of the festive season on Friday which is an Indian restaurant so I had better have a good old think about what I can have to limit the damage.

Then next Tuesday is my SW group Christmas meal and I already know that the menu is heavy on the syns but I am just going to enjoy it and not totally stuff myself silly.

Infact every weekend from now until Christmas I have some sort of social event going on....................how on earth am I going to manage to stay on track.

I am sure you clever lot will have some ideas:D ................I hope!

    HI everyone

Lou - the linky is working (but it could just be me being a bit dim!). My old SW consultant used to say to us when we had a meal out or a social event that it is 1 meal out of 21 in a week (based on 3 meals a day) so if you look at it like that as long as you stick to it the rest of the time you should be ok.

I am feeling really nervous about weigh in this week - how stupid is that? I think because it was so good last week I am scared she will say Ive put it all back on! I have been sticking to it - still a bit nervy though!

Well done on your weight losses so far everyone. x x

I like that 1 meal out of 21 thinking penguin and the calories on my diet are divided up equally for each meal so it's spot on. not that I'm planning on going out much...
I'm trying to visualise myself in a lovely dress that's in my wardrobe that is supposed to stretch and skim over your body but sort of s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-s and sits there accentuating the lumpy bits instead at the moment.:o

Thanks Lou, some good weigh losses on there.

Lou, do you think you could do a total box, to show how much we have lost as a group?
It won't be long before we have lost a whole person :D

Hiya everyone can i join please? I did sw a few years ago and lost loads of weight. Since then i've had a baby (now 2yrs old:rolleyes: ) and i'm still trying to shift the last of my baby weight. Gotta admit i've been a bit lax about things lately but need to get myself sorted as i have to attend a wedding in 5weeks. Ideally i'd love to be 9st 7lb, i'm currently 10st 6lb. Would love to loose 5lb for the wedding.
I've got a few old sw mags upstairs somewhere so i'll dig em out and remind myself of what i can have on each day.
