Hi Louby that recipe sound lovely but what do you stir into the pasta? You say 3 table spoons but you havent said of what..............I am hoping its a syn free double cream that you have discovered;)But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0

Lou if you're looking for a syn free double dream, use quark, It's a wee bit more tangy, but the texture is perfect. And unlike at home it only comes in one fat type! In Germany you get 0.1, 1.5. 3 etc etc. I use it for making proper baked cheesecake. Not yet perfected an SW version yet.LBM:FEB 2008

I know what you mean, I was planning ahead with my menus (or else we'll end up with a takeaway) but reading it made me starving, so i had my lunch at 11am, ill be starving later.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
MissJ you are not too late to join in, we started a new spreadsheet only last week so if you want me to put you on for 14lbs as your target then thats OK.
Penguin 10 lbs:j   Fan Bloody Tastic!!!!!!!
I was sure I replied to this last night but now can't see my post so I'm assuming I didn't and I'm just a bit thick. Just wanted to say LouiseJ it would be fab if you added me to the spreadsheet, let me know if you need anymore information.0 -

I can't make it but I'm sure starving student son could shift his bum over from Edinburgh:rotfl: .
If I write down in advance what I'm going to eat the next day I do find I'm more likely to stick to it. I also write down ALL snacks & sweeties I'm going to syn for the day.that way when I don't eat them all I can feel really smug!;)LBM:FEB 2008
