    Hi guys.
WOW PENGUIN! How on earth did you do that? Do you wanna move into my house to keep me on the straight and narrow? ;)
Having said that I weighed in today and I lost 3lbs this week, so I'm pretty happy with that considering the kind of week I've had. :j
Lou could you subtract 3lbs off my total PURLEEEESE:A .

    3lbs is a great loss:T well done. I have updated your progress:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

LouiseJ that would be fab. Do you need any other information from me to put my details on the spreadsheet?

    Thanks

I only need your target and your progress each week. The spreadsheet is on page 167 in the top post if you click on the link. You will see yourself on there in a few mins:D I will put you down for 13 lbs is that right?

No rules as such but the new week starts on a Monday so if you wanted to weigh yourself on Sunday I will update the Spreadsheet. You might have lost something by then its 4 whole days away:D

Anyone can post me their losses at any time and i will just post them to the appropriate week.

Still havent found those Turkish Delight options:mad: I love the mint ones though.

That fits in well with my tesco thing, feel like I've lost a bit already - I think eating less junk is getting rid of the bloatedness!

I found the turkish delight one in a large jar but not individuals and loved it but it is very sweet so depends on your tastes.

edit - did you all see the army fitness thing in Martin's email? it's free and I'm going to give it a go.

Well done on your weight losses everyone.

Rugby - hope your DD is feeling better.

My first weeks weigh in tomorrow - wish me luck everyone! x x

Well you certainly didn't need any luck being wished your way.....:T :T :T

Well done you, ten pounds is amazing...you should be so pleased , what a great start.

:T :T Well done Ruby o thats fantastic....

I had an "addapted Gordon Ramsey" tea tonight.....

Pasta with Leaks, Mushrooms and Bacon.

Cook your pasta as usual, in a frying pan , spray fry lite, add two rashers of chopped bacon (4 sins), two chopped leek and some mushrooms...and cook for five mins ish..

Drain Pasta and add three table spoons (4 1/2 sins) and mix, and then mix in the bacon and leeks etc.

And that is it, I also top mine with my A choice cheese.
This easily serves two people (add more bacon if prefered) and on Green is 4 ans a half sins (I round up).

It is really filling and makes a change from tomato based pasta.

Hope it makes sense it was really lovely...
