Hope you enjoyed it Spud:D , how did it end up 5 1/2 syns? You can have porridge as a healthy extra B and the milk for your HEA? You only need to syn the sugar or better still use sweetner. Unless you actually did have prooidge and then I have not got a clue what you have just eaten!!

You are going to have to remind OH that you have a goal for Christmas and you need him to help you achieve it;)

If anyone made me breakfast in this house I would think I had woken up in the wrong home:rolleyes:

Morning all. Yesterday wasn't too great, I had a great big wodge of cake to cheer myself up and get a sugar hit, had coffee too, I was still so tired that I made white bread toast and ate it without thinking about it till this morning and now I feel too tired to care!
I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK TODAY. I'm going for RED so:
Breakfast- eggy bacon & 2 ryvita from HEB allowance.
Lunch - pork chop with onion "gravy" + as many free veggies as I can fit in!
Dinner - other 2 ryvita from HEB + 1/2 purple cow cheese spread (instead of butter) + eggs
Snacks- Natural yogurt + apples whenever I fancy!
You ALL have my permission to check up on me throughout the day!

I'm a lucky girl. DH makes my brekkie every morning ;)

Yep, it was definitely porridge, made with water and sweetener. I looked it up in the SW book, and it said 5 1/2 syns per 28g. I didnt have time to look at the HE bit of the book this morning :p

Than you Lou, you've made my morning :T

    Morning.

Just eaten brekkie....ReadyBrek although I think it was Lidl's cheapo version...oh no...I won't get my 'glow' made with skim milk

No idea as to the rest of the day yet, but I may try for a green day.

Oh well, I'd better go and do something useful.

  • Oh what a day!
Best laid plans and all that stuff! I didn't actualy end up having any breakfast of lunch, as I was sitting in hospital with DD.
I did have Pork stir fry & veggies for dinner, with homemade syn free sweet and sour sauce.:A
However I did then finish DS No3's ice cream. Haagen Daaz cookies & cream. YUMMY.
I must confess I don't really care because it's been such a lousy day.
I will get back on track tomorrow (I think), butI don't weigh in till Wednesday when I will see exactly what damage I have done over the last week.
Totally shattered now, who would have thought that sitting around all day could be so tiring!

Don't worry about it, it probably did you more good than the best SW meal in the situation.

Is your daughter ok? That's the most important thing and that you were able to be there for her when she needed you.
