After the fireworks party at my house I had a really good time and stuck to the plan:j
I had 175ml of red wine and filled up on quorn chilli with a jacket potato. I did have a little bit of popcorn (about 3 pieces) but I dont think that will do any harm:o A few of the guests complemented the chilli and one 17 year old ate it and said he didnt realise it had no meat in it:D
I think that this is going to be the main motivation to keep me going, the fact that I can still enjoy a social life without worrying that I cant join in.
My Menu for today is
Breakfast
Half a honeydew melon with a Cereal Optifit yogurt ( I much prefer these to mullers)
Lunch
Jacket Pot and Quorn Chilli (leftovers);)
Dinner
Chicken (HEB) brussle sprouts, carrots, potatoes, Gravy 1syn
Snacks
2 x Ryvita originals (HEB) with sliced banana
Skimmed milk for teaBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Well, I'm back from repairing machines at work...I did get back earlier and then had another phone call.
So far....I've eaten several chocolate hob nobs and several chocolate digestives all whilst at work.
I did manage to force myself to eat an apple.
Tea will be roast lamb, potatoes and veggies, due to error in planning, the lamb is rather well done and shrunken, so mine will be a HEB
Top tip for the day.....frozen rhubarb is quite cheap in FarmFoods. It cooks down well without adding any liquid in a pan....sweetner can be added if required.
Warm a muller light, vanilla is ideal, and pour over the hot rhubarb. Tastes almost like rhubarb and custard
Stewed rhubard is low in Syns, 0.5 per 198g (approx 8oz in old money)
