Bad day food wise:o Started well but I had 2 classes today where I bought a big bag of lollies for prizes for the students.
I ended up eating 2 drumstick lollies, 1 refresher lolly and 2 fizzy lollies over the course of the day.
I feel a bit sickly now too as I havent eaten any rubbish for over 4 weeks now. Good news is that there are no more lollypops left:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I have just had a takeaway:eek: .............................calm down dear!!
I had a chargrill chicken kebab with salad, I would normally have had a pizza:rolleyes:
I am on a red day so the chicken was free (I checked that they used no oil in the cooking process) had large salad and a pitta bread.:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Some how I managed to lose 7.5lb this week :j really really pleased especially as I put on 6.5lb on last week (it was :starmod: week in my defence :rolleyes2)
Just need to lose another 72.5lb and I'll be in a position to see if that is where I wish target to be or go a further. Ideally I need to lose nearly 8 stone  but will be happy if I manage to lose 5 stone to start with.
Think it is going to be a long long journey especially as I keep taking the scenic route rather than sticking to the main road. Have been following the plan for 14 months and have lost 1 stone 3lb.
Hope coming on here will help motivate me in losing the pounds from my weight and my debt - at least it's keeping me away from chocolate and crisps (neither of which I can truly afford).

I started off really well today, but it went a bit wrong tonight. I had cake. Really nice, yummy cake. 13 syns per slice. I stuffed all up. I'm supposed to be aiming for 5 syns per day.
Never mind as Scarlett O'Hara said tomorrow is another day!
I must admit the finances have totally stressed me out and I'm missing the bf terribly.LBM:FEB 2008
