Some how I managed to lose 7.5lb this week :j really really pleased especially as I put on 6.5lb on last week (it was :starmod: week in my defence :rolleyes2)
Just need to lose another 72.5lb and I'll be in a position to see if that is where I wish target to be or go a further. Ideally I need to lose nearly 8 stone  but will be happy if I manage to lose 5 stone to start with.
Think it is going to be a long long journey especially as I keep taking the scenic route rather than sticking to the main road. Have been following the plan for 14 months and have lost 1 stone 3lb.
Hope coming on here will help motivate me in losing the pounds from my weight and my debt - at least it's keeping me away from chocolate and crisps (neither of which I can truly afford).
well done happy thats a great loss.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Not sure what type of day I am going to have today. I have a piece of salmon in the freezer but I fancy a bit of comfort food.

well done skint catt,
i have been extra extra good this week, i made a meal on friday for my sister and she couldnt believe it was SW friendly infact it was 1 syn for the whole 2 courses so she is joining SW with me on Tuesday lol. we did have a bottle of rose between us tho and a vodka and sugar free cherryade so that used up my syns but apart from that i have been really good and am chuffed with myself and for once in a very long time im looking forward to getting on those scales on tuesday.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0
