Oh change of plan on lunch and dinner.......just been to Asda and they had loads of veg on the whoops.

Lunch is now going to be a big bowl of vegetable soup (20p for a mixed bag of veg) and some hot mashed potato (only ingredients are potato, skimmed milk and salt 10p:j )

Dinner will be beef stir fry with mange tout 20p, beansprouts10p, egg noodles 20p and some soy sauce lite:D

    Slimming and Saving..........I love it:T

Just off to make my rice pudding now mmmmmmmmmmmm;)

    Morning all.

Still ticking along. I didn't lose anything last week, which I'm not surprised about, but I didn't put anything on either which is something to be pleased about I guess.

I've decided that I am struggling while I am at home all day, so the plan is to stick to the plan as much as possible, but if I have bad things, not to get to upset about it. But get back into it properly once I have a new job.

Anything I lose in the meantime will be a bonus.

The Rice pudding is lovely isn't it. I have a copy of the dessert recipe book if anyone has any requests, I'll have a look and see if I can find something similar!

I had a a bit of a blip last night, I stayed up far too late and the result was me eating a fairy cake and a bag of Walkers crisps:mad: .....I know my danger time is on an evening as that is when I get "the munchies" so I need to start planning as to what to do at that time.

    Anyway todays menu is

    Breakfast
2 x wholemeal toast (HE) with flora buttery lite

    Lunch
    Thai spiced Cous cous

    Dinner
Pasta with a tomato sauce and some roast chicken (HE)

    Snacks
Rice pudding (HE) , mullerlight, fruit

    Afternoon.

Well I hopped on the scales this morning.... and

So no more I can't diet while I'm at home, I will be the size of a whale if I keep thinking like that. Today I am back onto it properly.

    So today:

    B - Nothing as I wasn't hungry

L - Bacon, free sausages, eggs and beans (HE B)

D - Chicken, free veg and potatoes with gravy (HE B and 1.5 syns)

Snacks - free yogurt, fruit, and I have 2 HE A choices left.

My danger period is in the evening to, have you thought about making syn free crisps to snack on?
