Breakfast
Banana and fresh pineapple chunks

Cheese and spring onion omelette
Dinner
Pasta in a tomato sauce with roast vegetables
Snacks
2x Ryvita with low fat cheese spread

well today ive been christmas shopping and all i bought was some smelly candles, im just not motivated this year yet tho im sure it will fall in soon. so food wise i have had
No breakfast again,
i really must get into the habit of eating breakfast but after my morning coffe i just dont feel hungry and i cant get motivated without coffee:eek: its a viscious circle:eek:
Lunch
Prawn mayo sarnie :eek: 5 syns, not as bad as i thought as i have used the prawns as free food and the W/M bread as HEB choice.
afternoon snack,
pack ham and tub cherry toms, free
dinner,
salmon new pots and loads of free veg.

Morning all.
Not 100% sure what's happening today.
I have a confidence building course at 10 until 1 so will head home for lunch then.
I thinking something like this:
B - 2 weetabix + skimmed milk (HE A and
L - Either ryvita and cheese or..... Pasta with HM sauce, depending on how cold and hungry I am!!
D - SW Pizza and SW chips
But I managed to find yet more clothes that no longer fit properly this morning :mad: :eek: So I REALLY have to do this now!!!

i am so annoyed at myself, i was doing ok yesterday then went and blew it by eating a bag of monster munch and 2 bags of McCoys thick cut crisps, i will have to find out how many extra syns that was and draw a line under it. never mind onward and upward so they say so heres hoping for a better day today.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0

OK, I have had my first weigh in and I have lost 2lbs:j
If I can loose 2lbs every week then I will definitely reach my target before Christmas. I am going to try and have a half hour walk every day to speed things up a bit if I can fit it in:rolleyes: and to tone up.
I have been invited to be a guest at a slimming world group by a kind friend just to see if that group would be for me, I may join if I like it.
Todays menu is
Breakfast
Lean Bacon with tinned tomatoes and an egg.
Lunch
Roast beef dinner with 7oz baby pots in skins and loads of free veg, gravy and horseradish.
Dinner
Roast pork with apple sauce sandwich in brown bread.
Snacks
Muller rice, fruit, crab sticks.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

2 slices wholemeal bread with flora buttery light
Lunch
Jacket pot with beans, broccoli and cauliflower
Dinner
SW chips with mushy peas
Snacks
