Iv had a bad day today, and its my 1st weigh in tomorrow, but I have been very good all week so it should be ok. I am terrible if I am not organised, that is what happened today had a meeting at our head office and it over ran and I got out at 3 starving hungry so I stopped at shop on the way back to my office and bought a pasta salad thing, prob jammed with syns!! Should have bought a banana and some fruit to last me till dinner but hey ho..... see what tomorrow brings. You can stand there and agonize........

I have just had my dinner of SW Chips with egg and beans........totally stuffed:D
I cant believe how much you can have to eat, hope I have actually lost something at my 7 day weigh in:rolleyes:
I have to say that I already feel less sluggish and have a bit more energy in the afternoons when I could have happily had a sleep at my desk if I could have got away with it. Although the students might stare:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

It could have been worse, you could have had a Mars Bar or a Snickers to put you off till dinner time:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Evening Guys.
Well another bad day for me today:mad: I just can't seem to stop myself sometimes.
But I am going to sit down and do a meal plan in a bit. I think the problem is I am getting bored of quorn sausages and all that kind of thing. I need to liven it all up a bit and stop buying things that are nice, but not for my figure.
Any suggestions?
I normally have green days as I am not a big meat eater (basically - chicken, ham, gammon or pork!) but I'm happy to do red days, so long as I'm not a risk of turning into a chicken!
Oh and I promise to give up chocolate for at least 3 weeks :cool:Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Oh Lucy, dont promise something you know you cant do, you will want it more and will find substitutes that will be even worse for you.
can i suggest you buy some mini/snack size bars and have 1 a day, that way you have the psychology of opening a bar and finishing it, because i know i cant open a bar of chocolate and only eat some of it i have to keep going until its all gone, but if your brain thinks you have actually finished the bar and binned the wrapper it may help. do you have someone who can help and just leave you 1 bar a day and take the reamaining bars away with them.
its just a suggestion as i know if helps me, its like crisps, ive stopped buying multipacks as i can very easily eat a six pack while watching the bill so if i fancy a bag of crisps i buy just 1 bag and eat them and enjoy them.
try it chuck you just never know...Good luckDFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0
