I joined this thread a bit ago but lost my way
Now im back on the wagon and have started again last Friday. So glad to have taken control again. Im enjoying it so far, i'm doing it myself due to cost and other restraints but i hope to stick it out this time, got such a shock when I was weighed last Thursday that I had to start on Friday I had planned Monday but things were too bad for that!! I'll be watching this threas with interest.You can stand there and agonize........

dont worry you are not the only one who has fell by the wayside, i just couldnt seem to get into it from the school hols starting and spiralled from there but im back now and off to group for weigh in tonight, wish me luck...DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Evening all.
I wasn't around today, as a very lovely old friend of mine treated me to a day out :j
So I've been to Tintern Abbey, Monmouth and the Big Pit today
But it did mean lunch out... :eek:
Food looks like this today:
B = 2 quorn sausages, beans, egg and a potato waffle (2 syns)
L = Lasanga (?), chips, salad and peas :eek:
D = Pasta and Sauce with cheese HE.
Not great, but I've done tons of walking and nearly broke my ankle down the mine, so hopefully not to much damage done.
Just trying to get back into it and make it a one meal thing rather than ruin a whole day.

well i lost 1 and a half tonight so im pleased especially since i was on hols last week.
i have made myself a mini target to lose 2and a half for next week to get rid of the 4 i put on before i went away,eeeeekkkkDFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Plan for tomorrow is:
Brekkie:
2 weetabix and milk from allowance
Snack:
Banana, apple
Lunch:
Ryvita Minis (from healthy extra)
V low fat cott cheese
Muller light (banana) with banana chopped in
Dinner:
Jacket Potato with beans and pasta in sauce (chick mushroom one) made with water only
..... em on a more personal note can i ask, since i started this plan last Friday i have been a bit em... well .....more loose (sorry guys!! TMI i know) but is this normal or am I I'll? Thought it might be with me drastically upping my fruit intake, what do u think? Sorry again xYou can stand there and agonize........
