    Day 4 in the SW house

    Breakfast
    Porridge with skimmed milk and half teaspoon sugar to sweeten

    Lunch
    Spinach leaves, radish, sweetcorn and egg salad

    Dinner
    Vegetable and chicken (HE) fajhitas (without the tortilla wrap), potato wedges

    Snacks
    Fruit, muller light

    Not sure if I have any HE left today :confused: will someone have a look for me to see if this is OK xx

    Well I was hardly eating any of my 5 a day, and now I'm having 4 or 5 fruit a day plus stri fry's and salads and loads of veg. Think i'll just keep an eye on it (so to speak!) and if it gets no better i'll pop to see doc. :/

    depending on how much chicken you have in your fajitas then you could have another B choice left. 71g cooked chicken is a HEB choice. also your porrige isnt a full HEB choice you should be having a scan/oat bran slice with it, but as you dont go to group then you cant have it lol and im sure its not going to do you any harm, just remember you are not having the recomended amount of fibre that way.

  • well my day hasnt gone to bad so far, i had made a deal with myself to plan ahead but so far that has gone out of the window lol:rolleyes:
    todays food looks like this,

    Breakfast
    Yoghurt and banana

    Lunch
    85g cooked ham and tomato sandwich in 57g wm bread with 1 tsp mayo

    Dinner
    loads mashed pots, roasted parsnips, sweetcorn, brocoli and cauliflower, gravy 3 syns

  • hey ive found chocolate cravings stay at bay when i have my options hot chocolate hehe big weigh day tomorrow ive been super good il be happy with sts due to the over indulgence last week.....northernlsdd well done on diet hehe

    2 slices wholemeal toast with scraping of utterly butterly and reduced sugar Jam

    Lunch
    Cous Cous with peppers and onions, banana, mullerlight

    Dinner
    SW chips and 2 eggs, beans

    Snacks
    Fruit, 2x Ryvita with pumkin seeds with low fat cheese

    Morning all.

    I wasn't very good yesterday :o I didn't get a job I had gone for and so hit the chocolate... and several other things :o :mad: Sorry.


    But I am aiming for a better one today!

    B - 2 weetabix plus Skimmed milk (HE a and b)

    L - Rice and quorn sausages

    D - ? Not sure, should be seeing new blokey later, so will play that by ear. But if we go out, probably a pasta dish or something.

    I think I am going to struggle until I get back into work, but I am going to try and be as good as I can be until then.

    But I do still have left over chocolate and some cheesy nibbles, so I will be hiding them in a cupboard and forgetting about them!!

    Im loving the snack a jacks mini bites sour cream and sweet chilli at the minute. I cant find a syn count for them in my book (its an old one) and i cant get online as im not going to the classes ~ does anyone know how many syns they are please?
