Evening - I've lost 1lb in the last fortnight (trying not to weigh myself as often because I get a bit obsessed with it, and it doesn't really work).
Not very impressed with 1lb considering all the running I've been doing but my diet hasn't been great at all, so I can't really complain!
were you feeling like you'd lost more Snaggs? The number of times I've felt more toned and clothes fitting easier then stood on the scales for them to say I've stayed the same or only lost one pound then I start feeling all disheartened again...Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Louise - Yes, a bit - I feel a bit more confident and a tiny bit less wobbly I think
Skint - I sort of knew I hadn't lost much because I don't feel to have changed much over the last couple of weeks. Saying that, it IS that totm, although I don't feel like I'm retaining loads of water or anything.
I think because I feel like I'm achieving something with the running, I'm not feeling disheartened yet, but it would be nice to have a good weightloss this next week or so!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Morning Guys.
I am all set today. I've made a copy of a food diary, the progress log from one of my old books and I've drawn myself a spreadsheet of squares so I can mark one off everything I lose a lb!
I've even popped them all in an old folder I have, so I can refer back to them if I have a particularly good week (can you tell I'm missing work!)
So I have the grand total of 83 lbs to lose  which is just terrible and I am a little  with myself for letting it get to this stage again. Still I can do something about it.
Food for today:
B = Weetabix + Skimmed milk from HE's
L = Jacket potato and either beans or free chilli
D = Quorn cottage pie and loads of veg (3 syns + 1.5 for gravy)
Snacks will be fruit and free yogurts, and if I am desperate I think we have some noodles in the house!
Good luck everyone!! xCurrent debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Breakfast

Lunch

Dinner

So far so good today, I was asked to join a colleague for lunch today in the canteen and last week I would have eaten my packed lunch and been tempted my their hot sweet and custard.
Today I took my couscous with me and had a banana mullerlight instead...........:A
I felt alot less sluggish too for the rest of the afternoon. My quorn sausage, beans and eggs are cooking at the moment. I have saved one of the Ryvitas and a bit of cheese for when I come in from evening class at 9pm as I am aware that this is one of my "munchie danger times":rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Or, my favourite, 2 Turkish Delight chocolate Options (4 syns, but worth it) made up in a large mug to sip while watching tv. This almost always helps with the cravings as it's so sweet and takes a while to drink.
where do you get your turkish delight options from, we all love them at my group but we cant get them round here, nowhere sells them and i mean nowhere, not asda tescos or morrisons and we are craving them LOL...DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

We have exactly the same amount of weight to lose so lets do it together if youre up for it, i still go to group but need more inspiration and i think you may be it. I have drawn myself a ladies dress shape and have squared it all over and will be colouring one square in for each pound lost and im hoping to have filled them in by christmas, achievable i know but i want to take it slow this time.
What do you say?

Sounds good to Me!
The other one I've do is to have a look online for some lovely slinky dresses, New blokey gets to go to loads of promo events and as his plus one I would love to look all lovely for him. It works for me... I am tempted to tape them to the fridge and the cupboard doors!!
I think we could lose a far amount by christmas, I lost 4.5 stone really quickly last time (in under a year) so think that doing it slowly might help me keep it off this time.
I'm up for it!
I've been very good today. Syn total is at 6, and I still have a B choice left is I fancy a snack later.
Aiming for more of the same tomorrow toying with this:
B - Either a syn free cooked one or weetabix
L - Rice or Pasta, with quorn sausages and potatos
D - Possibly Quorn burger, SW chips and beans.
Hope everyone else is doing ok
