I am returning here as I am totally disgusted with myself and I am now officially the heaviest I have been in my life including through pregnancy:mad:

I need to loose 14lbs. I know that isnt alot but it is the difference between me feeling nice in my clothes or being constantly conscious of the bulging muffin top trying to escape my jeans.

You have helped me before and although I have let things slide terribly I would love your wonderful help and support again............this time I am serious:cool:

    Meals for the day

Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast + 1 dry fried egg

Lunch - Beef in ale casserole with roast vegetables

Dinner - Cooked ham, peas pudding, pickled vegetables piece of cheese.

    Snacks - fruit/mullerlight
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hey Happy.

I'm with you completely. I went back to class, lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Then had a bad week so didn't go... then I lost my job and can't afford to go.... I've put on nearly another half a stone :o

But we can do this. We know we can and we know that it works. We just need to stick at it.

I to am supposed to be 10 stone, but now have 5 stone 12 lbs to lose  But with help I'll do it.

Just try not to beat yourself up over it, we all have slips, we just need to get back on top of it as soon as possible. I'm starting tomorrow, as that is when my class would have been anyway.

Have a hug and remember how wonderful you are!
