I will start fresh tomorrow....I'm having a big roast dinner tonight that I always make in a SW fashion but have had 3 weetabix and a bag of crisps today so far...

Thats still better than 3 bags of crisps and 1 weetabix:T

    Ya!

It's like the great rejoin!! Good luck everyone. So any ideas for meals for tomorrow?

I'm thinking maybe either quorn cottage pie or SW pizza for a green day or I might make a chicken dish if I have a red day.

Thats just what it was like Lucy. We were all over on the chat thread, some of us (me) quite scared to come back AGAIN :o

No idea about tomorrow's food. I guess I really should plan, shouldnt I

Ok will see you over there!

I just like to be prepared on the first day back!

If it's any help, I nearly put on everything I lost last time, I'm about 7lbs lighter than my heaviest, which isn't good.

OK I have been food shopping and think I have enough stuff to last the week, going to kick start myself with a couple of red days as I seem to loose more if I have more than green.

The rest of the family wil be having just about the same. If I dont do this as part of the family meals then I know I wont be sucessful.

The fruit bowl is full and I have not one chocolate biscuit in the house:D

Off to update my signature to include my weight loss target.:j

Evening - I've lost 1lb in the last fortnight (trying not to weigh myself as often because I get a bit obsessed with it, and it doesn't really work).

Not very impressed with 1lb considering all the running I've been doing but my diet hasn't been great at all, so I can't really complain! :o

Hasnt your body shape changed tho Snaggs with the running? You may be gaining muscle

I do want to loose weight but ideally I just want to look good in my clothes and tone up, which may mean that I dont loose as much weight as I think I need to. IYKWIM

I want to do up my jeans and have a nice flat tummy with no sign of a muffin top or spare tyre in sight.
