Does anyone mind if I come back and join you... not going to be able to afford to go to class and there is certainly now no way I can afford to put on more weight and need to buy bigger clothes :eek:

good afternoon peeps!!

well I made it - did the 10k this morning. took me 1hr and 30min. am really pleased with that.
have had a quiet weekend, havent really eaten much - not enough to call it a red or green day really.
we are going to have a little treat tonight - dont know what yet but after weeks of preparation for today I feel like going a little wild!!! might eat a chocolate bar or something *runs away and hides before all the slapping starts*

weigh in tomorrow - I really think I have lost this week so keep your fingers crossed!!!

I've not been sticking to it either.

But since I am now not working and at home all day (Please let me find another job soon!) I have entered a danger zone, where I could end up the size of a small house (ok a big one :eek: )

SO I am going to try really hard today.

Wish me luck.

I think I will have a go at making a quiche, some sw ketchup (syn free) and possible either sw pizza or chicken something or other!

well - I maintained this week. still happy though. having a week off as it is my birthday on thursday and we are going away with some friends for a few days to alton towers and am going to enjoy myself without feeling guilty.
will be back into it on monday though with renewed vigor!!!

well after a few days of bad eating i got back on the wagin sunday yesterday at weigh in i lost 2 pound thats 9.5 pounds intotal woo hoo back on track hehe woo hooo xx

I lost 3.5lb this week so that make a total loss of 1lb as I put on 2.5lb the week before.
I have pledged to loss 2lb this week
