Afternoon!
Just checking in and saying hi - still can't weigh in as I haven't replaced the scales, but I think I'm doing okay.

1 pound on. !!!!!!..........sigh........so, 6 weeks down and 11 pounds lost. 4 weeks to lose 9 pounds. It ain't gonna happen, but even 4 pounds now would be something I guess

Still a looooong way to go, but I'm feeling quite positive about it all this time. As I've mentioned, I started running a fortnight ago, and it seems to be really helping, even though I can only run embarrassingly short distances.

and well done to you 10 lbs since you got back off hols, that is great going, you know im thinking of ditching my scales and going by measurements and clothes, im starting to get obsessed with standing on them several times a day, i mean week.
