You've done really well to maintain with all those celebrations! :T

I tend to agree about the scales. Because I couldn't weigh myself, I really have tried as hard as I possibly could. If I'd seen the weight coming off, I might have relaxed a bit and not tried so hard.

I'm going to try really hard not to weigh myself for another week now.

    Welcome Terri!

I love making SW curries - it seems quite easy to make a really nice one thats free or virtually free.

  • Hi Snaggles,

One of my fav's is the Cinnamon and Coriander Lamb Shanks (p.102). I have been known to put a B choice of Lentils in.
Just thinking about these is making my mouth water. Yum! Also making me glad that winter is fast approaching.
The other great thing about this one, is that I get to eat lamb which is normally a really expensive bit of meat to buy, but shanks are relatively cheap

  • Hiya guys,
I've fallen off the wagon so not been on for a while, when I'm low, I comfort eat, which is the last thing I should do. About 3lbs over ATM, but within guideline, more luck than judgement, so I need a kick up the bum I think, refuse to go back up again and am weighting twice a day, a real no no Doh:eek:
