    Hi Consultant,
where do you get your turkish delight options from, we all love them at my group but we cant get them round here, nowhere sells them and i mean nowhere, not asda tescos or morrisons and we are craving them LOL...

I hadn't realised there was difficulty getting them.........maybe I caused a nationwide shortage :rotfl:

The last lot I got were from Asda I think, but I'll have a look next time I'm in and see if they still have them. If you can't get them, ask the manager of your local shops why not - create a demand!

The next best flavour (for me anyway) is the fudgey one, yum :p

Evening - I've lost 1lb in the last fortnight (trying not to weigh myself as often because I get a bit obsessed with it, and it doesn't really work).

Not very impressed with 1lb considering all the running I've been doing but my diet hasn't been great at all, so I can't really complain! :o

I wouldn't worry too much about losing pounds as long as you're losing inches. I have a member of one of my groups who has lost around ½ stone and gone down 2 dress sizes with all the exercise she's doing. Surely that's the most important result  the pounds (and stones) will follow.

    Sounds good to Me!

The other one I've do is to have a look online for some lovely slinky dresses, New blokey gets to go to loads of promo events and as his plus one I would love to look all lovely for him. It works for me... I am tempted to tape them to the fridge and the cupboard doors!! i have just downloaded a photo manipulation sofware and it allows you to chop heads and things off and paste them on to other things so im gonna paste my head onto Cheryl Coles body and stick it to the fridge, ok the double chin might look out of place but i can live with that LOL:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .

I think we could lose a far amount by christmas, I lost 4.5 stone really quickly last time (in under a year) i lost 4st in 5 months 2 yrs ago then thought i could do it myself and im now back to square one again  so think that doing it slowly might help me keep it off this time. Deffo :T

    I'm up for it!

I've been very good today. Syn total is at 6, and I still have a B choice left is I fancy a snack later.

Aiming for more of the same tomorrow toying with this:

B - Either a syn free cooked one or weetabix

L - Rice or Pasta, with quorn sausages and potatos

D - Possibly Quorn burger, SW chips and beans.

Hope everyone else is doing ok

    x

    Hi Louise,
you need to eat 2 weetabix for it to count as a whole HEB choice or 1 weetabix and 3 high fiber crackerbread or you will have to syn it.
also your ryvita, you dont say how many you are having, but you can have 4 ryvita dark rye/original/sesame as a HEB choice.
your mashed potato will have to be mashed with the skins on,
unless im mistaken that is 3 HEB choices, but i think the rest of the menu is OK well done...

Oh thanks for that NL :j

Right, I think what I will do is ditch the Ryvitas and have another wheetabix with skimmed milk for supper instead:D I will also just have boiled potatoes as a HE instead of mashed.
