    Morning all.

Well I have decided I need to get a grip and stop messing around.

So today I've done a Lidl run and have stocked up on loads of fruit and nice things like that.

But I'm not really sure what's happening today.

    B - yogurt as I wasn't really hungry

L - Not really sure, either ryvita and cheese (HE's) or Pasta, quorn sausages and potato.

D - Quorn burger, chips and beans (1 syn)

Just heard I've not go either of the jobs I interviewed for yesterday... I will not eat chocolate to cheer myself up!!! I WONT!!!

No dont give in, get stronger and fight back! And fill your face with healthy good stuff to give you the energy you need to get this new job that is waiting for you.

    Hi Guys and Gals,

Weigh in last night - put on 0.5lb which I'm quite happy with as I've not stuck to the plan 100%, don't think i've real stuck to 60%.
I've been a bit stressed out as have been in the final moments of setting up my DMP with Payplan. Finally set up now and all the paper work went back Wednesday, with my first payment to them on 1st November.

Good luck for next week xxx

Day 6 in the SW house...........

    Breakfast

2 x weetabix with half teaspoon of sugar and skimmed milk

    Lunch

(from works canteen) savoury rice with a chicken skewer kebab

    Dinner

Vegetable stir fry with soy sauce

I am still struggling with the healthy exta bit of the plan. I think I have had weetabix and the chicken kebab as 2 healthy extras B. Does that mean that I have a healthy extra A left as I had milk on the weetabix?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Thanks guys.

    I didn't cave in actually.

    Well sort of.

    Food for the day:

    B - yogurt

L - Savoury rice and quorn sausages

D - Quorn burger, SW chips and beans (3 syns, HE A and B, cheese and bun!)

Snacks - Ryvita minis (HE B), Chocolate Eclair (7 syns) and a mini milk (1 syn)

all in all not to bad. Yes I've had 11 syns, but at least my treat of chocolatey cakey goodness was counted. That's a step in the right direction isn't it?

    Glad everyone is doing ok

Thanks NL xx I have had some cheddar cheese cut up into small cubes and some pickled onions I have happily sat picking at those tonight.

I have also managed to munch my way through a whole plastic carton full of chopped mango from Asda which were on the whoops for 30p:D

    Morning all.

Not 100% sure what's happening today.

I have a confidence building course at 10 until 1 so will head home for lunch then.

    I thinking something like this:

    B - 2 weetabix + skimmed milk (HE A and B)

L - Either ryvita and cheese or..... Pasta with HM sauce, depending on how cold and hungry I am!!

D - SW Pizza and SW chips

But I managed to find yet more clothes that no longer fit properly this morning   So I REALLY have to do this now!!!
