Green days I eat jacket pots with beans and instead of butter i use one laughing cow v low fat triangle - lovely.
Or SW chips with beans and dry fried egg.
Or V low fat cottage cheese with pineapple and a bag of ryvita minis.
Just a couple of my favourites.

    Thanks

I love Sw chips, and they are so easy to make. I have a thing about cottage cheese, ok in quiche but not in or on anything else!!

Problem is I am home all day at the moment, so have easy access to the kitchen and snacks.

  • one of my favourites on a Green day is a roast dinner with out the meat, syn the gravy, just like ive had the last 2 days, also,
cook together a packet of veg savoury rice and a packet of 99% fat free super noodles flavour of your choice and add a tin of sweetcorn, this is lovey and very filling and completely free on a green day
how about SW quiche (cold) and salad or hot and veg,
have you tried the heinz meanz beanz in smoky BBQ abd sweet chilli as an alternative to tomato beans on jacket potatoes.
im sure i ll come up with more tomorrow so will post them then.

    Thanks.

I think I am just having a bad day. My mood and the food I eat tends to be linked, so hopefully I will snap out of it quickly!

..... em on a more personal note can i ask, since i started this plan last Friday i have been a bit em... well .....more loose (sorry guys!! TMI i know) but is this normal or am I I'll? Thought it might be with me drastically upping my fruit intake, what do u think? Sorry again x

It's more than likely caused by the increase in fibre and can only do you good, so don't worry. It should ease off once your body gets used to your new healthy eating regime.

Thanks:rotfl: just laughing at the 198g what happens if I have 200g:eek:

198gms is the nearest equivalent to 7 ounces (it's actually 198.1)........ picky perhaps but I think that's why it's put down that way.

I think it was cause I had hardly any Syns, I know this is not always the case, but had very few and had lots of long walks along the beach this week. Also I have been too lazy to organise lunches for work so I have been having a plain salad (in a box from Asda ~ how lazy am I?) and a yoghurt almost every day.

    Morning all.

Well I have decided I need to get a grip and stop messing around.

So today I've done a Lidl run and have stocked up on loads of fruit and nice things like that.

But I'm not really sure what's happening today.

    B - yogurt as I wasn't really hungry

L - Not really sure, either ryvita and cheese (HE's) or Pasta, quorn sausages and potato.

D - Quorn burger, chips and beans (1 syn)

Just heard I've not go either of the jobs I interviewed for yesterday... I will not eat chocolate to cheer myself up!!! I WONT!!!
