  • 1 lb a week equates to almost 2 stones in a year - be proud of yourself, you're doing well.
its nearly 4 stones in a year or 2 stones in 6 months and that sound really good to me.

You enjoy yourself, and to be honest without taking the alcohol into account you can stick to the SW plan 80% while on one of thse cruises if you are having the buffet as there is loads of different meats and seafood, it is an original day lovers dream lol.

I dont think I did myself too much damage on the mini cruise seeing as though I spend yesterday evening with terrible see sickness:rolleyes: so ate only breakfast and some fruit for lunch (I was looking forward to our evening meal).

Breakfast today was Bran flakes and some fruit.

Went to get on the scales and they have stopped working altogether the digital display just shows all 4444 s. Dont think its the batteries as I have recently replaced them. I will have to buy some new ones.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Yes, I did know that - my brain is beginning to fail me sadly :o
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
  • Hiya guys,
Not been on here for ages been feeling low and will look back at posts.
Am managing to stay at target, just up and down by the allowed amounts, think it's been about 5months now, so feel that I'm doing ok. Really don't want to have to go through it all again, and still makes me smile when I look in the mirror and notice I got a waist he he and boney knees. Went shopping with a friend the other day and buying 10/12's still makes my day.
Any progress is good guys so go for it and have fun, every little helps:T

For those of you who are struggling, just remember every day is new day and you should treat it as such, if you get too hung up on your mistakes then it will bring you down and can lead to you giving up unfortunately. You can't do anything about yesterday so concentrate on today and good luck.
