I dont know hun. I cant even remember what I used to eat on SW

I keep thinking certain events will make it better, but these times come and go and nothing changes. In the summer, I thought getting back to the routine of school would help. It didnt. Just recently I thought the half term hols would be the ideal opportunity to get back into it, I havent.

Now I'm thinking it's not worth starting something this close to Christmas.

    Aaaarrrrggggghhhh

I keep thinking that to. But in reality I've put on about a stone since I have been at home job hunting.

If we got back into it, we could have lost a stone by christmas....

I guess if we can sit down and think of a week of interesting meal and synfree/low syn snacks for picking at, we might be able to manage this. We can do it.

Oh and I have a pdf of a food diary if anyone wants a copy.

A week's meals is a fab idea Lucy. I could also do with a shopping list so when I go at weekend, I know what i need, and avoid the junk.

I'll have a think tomorrow at school ;)

I am going for an original day today and these are the days when I know I will have a problem with feeling hungry so I am going to make good use of my healthy extras to fill me up.

    Breakfast
1oz porridge oats (HEB)with Skimmed milk (HEA)topped with sweetener and a banana

    Lunch
Cheese and tomato sandwich (HE A&B) 1 x ryvita sesame topped with a banana (this is part of a HEB choice with the porridge as that wasnt a full HE)

    Dinner
Going to pop to the supermarket at lunchtime and buy some salmon steaks I think cause I fancy a stir fry with salmon, might buy some prawns and low fat cottage cheese to snack on later with some carrot and pepper sticks.

Syns low fat yoghurt 1.5 Walkers French Fries 4.5 (only if I need them):D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

yes please, lucy, i keep forgetting to get one from group then it all goes out the window lol.

right spud and lucy, im gonna sit down later today and write down a list of free and low syn snacks for you, what kind of stuff do you like eating, give me some ideas and ill try and put something together for you. i know what its like knowing you want to do this but not getting into it, that was me during the school hols i put loads of what id lost back on and was determined that after i would get back on it but i didnt it took me till 2 weeks ago to really sit back and reprimand myself.

i have printed myself off a little black dress chart and you fill in a square for each pound you lose, there are 14 squares = 1 stone and 1 dress size lost and ive filled in 5 qsuares in 2 weeks.

Dont despare you two, we are all behind you and if you need any help just shout and ill do what i can.

As a new starter, if you followed the plan 100% you could lose a stone by Christmas fairly easily (provided you're more than a stone overweight that is).

A stone would make a difference to how you look and feel - go on, go for it :j
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I have way over a stone to lose....more like 4 . A stone would still make a big difference, and take me back to feeling OK, rather than bloated and sluggish :o

    Hi

Like Spud I eat most things, well sort of :D ... normally have green days as I am not a massive meat eater. I don't like fish, so crab stick etc are SO very out

    But...

As I found out today I have a new job which I will be starting on Monday I have no reason to no do this. And I am going to go back to class, which is on Monday night right after work.

So office suitable snacks will be good, but not so that my new work colleagues think I'm odd and eat loads. Wouldn't want them to think I was fat or anything :rotfl:

Although been very very bad today... I've had lunch AND dinner out to celebrate
