I am going to be really skimpy with my syns this week and add in some extra activity to help shift some weight.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
1st Weigh in for me at Group............lost half a pound............gutted:o
Don't be - if you've not had to change your lifestyle drastically, you won't see such a big loss at your first WI as some people, but the weight will come off nice and steady if you stick to plan.
Don't skimp your syns - less food doesn't necessarily mean a bigger weight loss. Have what you're entitled to and don't be impatient for the weight to come off. Often a quick loss can be follwed by a quick gain!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I am my own worst enemy and very hard on myself:rolleyes:
I am planning ahead for tomorrow and have made a first attempt at veg fritatta........looks and smells lovely. I used lots of sliced potatoes, peppers, mushrooms and spring onion and put a pinch of chilli powder in the eggs before pouring them over the cooked veg.
I popped a baking tray over the top of the frying pan while it cooked so no need to grill it to cook the top.;)
Does anyone know if the Aldi Optifit are definitely free as there is a bit of a debate whether they are going to be changedI have the ones with cereal and grains in. I much prefer them to mullerlights so I hope they are free xxx

I was asked this on another forum and can only repeat that nothing has been sent out to us as Consultants that there is likely to be a change. According to the food directory they are syn-free.......according to syns online they are syn-free........I think you can count them as syn-free for now anyway!!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
