    Hello :wave:

    It is start of week 4 for me and to be honest I have had a really bad couple of days.

    I totally maxed out on my syns on Friday and then yesterday I felt really Meh......really struggled to eat much at all.

    Today I feel a little better but my stomach still feels a bit dodgy:o

    Breakfast
    Low fat Yoghurt and a Banana (1.5 syns)

    Lunch
    Vegetable omelette with reduced fat chedder(HEA)

    Dinner
    Quorn chilli and steamed rice

    Snacks
    2 x Ryvita original (HEB)
    Skimmed milk for tea (HEA)

    Sorry to have a bit of a rant but some people are really annoying me:mad: I need to loose 14lbs OK, but I suppose looking at me I may not seem obviously overweight to others. The thing is I feel uncomfortable in my clothes and dont feel happy with my weight.

    comments like "Theres nowt on you" or "Why the hell have you joined SW"? someone has even said "I dont know how you dare complain about your weight"...........I dont want to feel ashamed that I am wanting to shed those extra lbs to make me feel more comfortable and confident but I am now almost frightened to open my mouth about SW plan:( ......Rant over.

    By the way, no one has said anything thoughtless on this forum, only in "real life".
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • hey louisej, dont worry about people saying that maybe they are just trying to be nice, its hard loosing weight but just keep at it ....... we have a few good weeks to xmas im hoping for a stone and a half summary by then so 11 pounds for a my mini target which should take me well in to the 10 stone awards... ive set my target at 10 stone...... last night i wanted to eat crap but i came home had cereal lol :D today i feel like pigging out hahha damn weekends! i am on nights tonight so i will keep at it because next thursday im getting weighed and i want a good loss if i could get 4 pounds that would be damn great hehe plenty of speed foods etc lol xxx

    My Quorn Chilli was totally lush, shame I slipped up on the tomato puree though I didnt realise it had a syn value:o

    I have enough for 2 more meals too:D
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    depending on how much puree you used your syns per portion could be negligible so i wouldnt worry about it,

    Evening!

    Well have managed first day at new job.

    And I managed my first SW class in AGES!!! Weigh in was scary, even though I knew where abouts it would be.

    I am going to attempt to lose a stone between now and christmas which is about 7 weeks away. I've been really good today, which is a good start.

    Plan for tomorrow is:

    Red Day

    B - Porridge or weetabix (HE A and B)

    L - Bacon Sandwich, grapes and yogurt (HE B + 1 syn)

    D - Sausages with loads of veg topped with gravy (1.5 syns)

    Snacks will be loads of fruit, there were loads of biccies in the new office, so I will aim to have none, and if not only 1 a day.

    But I feel ready to do this at the moment, so I am going to run with it. New office is away from shops and has no vending machines :D so I can't get hold of it even if I want it. And as I don't really like eating in front of people, I'm not going to be pigging out of the biccies either!!

    Just got to keep this mind set up now!
    Current debt - £16,300 :(
    Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek:

    A bit late with my daily post but I could not get an internet connection this morning for some reason:confused:

    Breakfast
    2 x weetabix with skimmed milk (HEA&B)

    Lunch
    Quorn Chilli and rice

    Dinner
    Bachelors mild cheese with broccoli pasta (I hope this is free on green)

    Snacks
    2 x ryvita goodness bars (HEB)
    Banana, apple

    Many many months ago I asked if I could join - my name was added to the spreadsheet and then I disappeared!!!

    Well in that time - tried WW again and again - just couldn't get my head into it!

    Then... wait for it joined a SW group - went for first week then didn't go back - decided that I could put my money to better use and couldn't get my head into it!

    Well... that's it I've had enough!!! I've finally gone back to the gym after months of not going (well okay I've only been once but it's a start :T )

    So I was wondering - my name is still on the spreadsheet can I finally make a start - would anyone mind and how do I add my starting weight etc... - which I'll do first thing in the morning)
