    Hi

So how did you get on at the class?

I've been so bad, I've put on about a stone since I've been at home:eek: . And I can't seem to stop myself. I'm thinking about spending £45 of my redundancy on a 12 week group membership.

I've not been following the plan at all :o

Well I went to my first ever SW group as a guest ...........and ended up joining:D

I have been given an overall target of 14lbs with an initial target of 7lbs. I have loads to read and get my head around and will start to keep my food journal.

The group is small but all the members seem friendly and fun, I didnt feel uncomfortable at any point in their company.

I am going to re-set my signature as I have put back on the 2lb lost last week:rolleyes:

    I'm glad you liked it.

Well I found a big incentive this evening.... I pair of size 12 pants, that my Mum got me for christmas last year and I've never worn them as they were to small.....

Currently they wont go round one thigh.... but the will. One day they will fit me!!!!

I've got 2 pairs, so one will be pinned to the inside of my wardrobe and Mum has suggested attaching the other pair to the fridge!!!! But I'm not sure I can cope with explaining that one to people!

Well done on joining Lou. I've never had the nerve to go to a group :o

I've decided to venture onto the Wii Fit tomorrow and see the true amount I've gained over recent months. I'm not looking forward to it

    It'll be fine Spud....

Although I feel exactly the same. I am nearly back to where I was before I lost everything the first time round.

Hmmm I feel like I've put on a load, but I suppose it could just be the half stone that makes the difference between feeling OK and feeling awful. We will see tomorrow :o

Yep and really it's never that bad and we can do something about it.

Well that's the idea anyway. I just need to find some will power, I don't know about anyone else.
