Thanks NL, sat and read my book and reminded myself that I am allowed to have flexi syn days, so I am feeling a bit better, and also OH and the kids went to the chippy for dinner and I decided to steer well clear, so I should give myself a pat on the back for that. Im going to have 2 success express days before weigh in on thursday and have sat with OH and done a meal plan for tomorrow. Still feel a bit teary, daft arent I?!

Do you have a plan of attack for after weigh in? 7s? or something else?

Cleosmum - dont forget you are human and we go off the rails now and agian, its when you no longer care and it becomes normal that it starts to be a problem. Each day is only one day and you have loads of time to make it up. Dont beat yourself up, today was only my 1st day and i had a pizza - not a SW one a steak and cheese one from Asda! Im a disgrace, but im not gonna get upset about it, i'll count it in and make up for it through the week. Actually i had just been to the library to borrow some SW magazines (me money saving) and i was sitting reading them at the kitchen table shovelling pizza in when my other half just came in and sniggered and said 'oh the irony'.... i had to giggle! :) Chin up !

    Awwww what a cutie Jenny.

Picked up my 16 year old cat from the cattery where she has spent the last 2 weeks while we have been on holiday. I really noticed how frail she is looking when I saw her after the break. I just love kittens but dont think I will be getting another.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    My sentiments exactly
My neice just got a kitten, she already has a 1yr old cat and the kitten really pushed the other cats nose out and after a few weeks it was still no better so she asked me if i wanted him (ionly live 2 doors away) but i said no, i had 3 cats and they all died a few years ago but i cant find it in my heart to get another one it just wouldnt be the same......i know im daft...... her oldest cat comes and visits and thats enough a quick cuddle and a nap then hes off again. so the kitten has gone to live with my sister and the eldest cat is back to himself...
