Hi Everyone I have found another way to help lose weight if anyone is interested,:j I found it in the Fordingbridge Wiltshire Focus magazine. PLEASE NOTE:I am still following the S/W plan.

It is simular to the 77 that some of the ladies are doing, but this one is:

Breakfast: Fruit only as much as you like, if you feel hungy before lunch you can have another piece of fruit,

At 1-2pm Lunch: Jacket Potatoes & B/beans, or tuna Salad, or chicken salad.

I am on my fourth day and it is working so far, hence my weight lose of 4lb.:j

I have mixed fruit for breakfast, apple, banana, grapes, peach. Then I carry on for the rest of the day having a GREEN or RED PLAN DAY, and I have 10-15 syns. :rotfl: I will carry on doing it this way and hope that I can lose more weight.

In the mag it stated that if you continue eating this way over a period of 4 weeks you will see a conciderable loss in weight. next month the mag is going to print some helpful exercises.

I just thought I would let you all know about in case any of you would like to try it as well. have a good day. bubsy

Hi shal I am pleased so far with eating my (s) & (ss) foods this way,:rotfl: for tea I useually have something like 3 nimble brown with my cheese allowance HEA toasted, or 2 boiled eggs with my 3 slices of nimble, or I'll have chicken with several veg.I am sure you are allowed the 3rd nimble slice (without having to syn it)I read it somewhere in the food optimising book. also I have a portion of sugar free jelly (1 syn) with mullerlight yogurt over the top, (syn free) I don't eat after 7pm.
During the day I have my syns and they always include an ice cream, I have such a sweet tooth  I have just bought some skinny cow lollys, ;) but I also like raspbery or strawbery splits and they are only (2.5 syns):T I have just bought some Ryvita goodness bars, luxury fruit & nut, the syn value is not listed in the food directoy, but all the other flavours are (3syns) so I am hoping these are the same.
The daily intake you listed looks great, well done.
    Have a good day:rotfl: bubsy

Bubsy, Nimble is now 2 slices as a healthy extra, changed about a year/18m ago. I used to eat it as I could have an extra slice, now I have 2 slices from a 400g Warburtons medium loaf as its more breadlike than Nimble.

Ryvita goodness 23g bars are 3 syns each but the luxury ones are bigger:
