2 x alpen light bars (HEB)
Apple (s)

Red day for me too,
Breakfast
strawberries, (ss) raspberries (ss) grapes, covered in muller yog (free)
Lunch
Princes lean ham (free) beetroot (s) bag asda crisps (6syns)
Dinner to be confirmed,
i really need to start planning my meals, breakfast is no problem as i always have fruit and yog or weetabix and yog, lunch could do with better planning but dinner is my worst time, i tend to look, cant decide so the kids pick something which is usually unslimming world friendly. so im off now to decide before hand whats for dinner.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
