Hi Herewegoagain so sorry to hear you feel a bit out on a limb. I am glad to see you are at target,:A I have a fair way to go yet. one thing is if you tend to lose a bit of weight at weigh in you can always have a bit extra to eat:j :j I am afraid that is something I can't do for a while:eek: Have a good day will talk to you again soon, bubsy0 -
sorry for leaving you out HWGA we dont mean too
, it is so easy to congratulate those who have lost :j or comiserate with those who have gained (me) abut we do forget about those who have reached target :j and it is just as hard for you to maintain as it is for us to lose. congratulations for getting where we all want to be :T you are a credit and in the best place to give us advice
(you will be sick of us soon and wished you hadnt said anything) LOL:D

Do you mean no one acknowledges you here? I think the hardwork begins once at target, it can be so hard to find the right balance and maintain the target. I always tried to be at the bottom of my target so that if there was any weight increase whilst tweaking healthy extras then it wouldnt push me over. Have you introduced extra healthy extras yet? What do you find works best for you?0 -
Welcome Kandipandi, look forward to seeing you here!0

After gaining weight last week i was all for going at it full throttle this week but unfortunately it wasnt to be. i tried the 7s but got bored so i have just ate what i have wanted all this week and will continue until weigh in on Tuesday, i hope a week off might do me good but am worried it might go the other way and i might not want to get back on track again.
i have to keep telling myself that if i dont lose weight then i cant have my operation and i need that operation.
anyway confession over, Cleosmum, have you managed the 7s, sorry i havnt been there for support ive hardly even looked at the PC.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Is there anything I can do to support you a bit more? Its hard getting focussed I know, wish I could bottle what I have now as it just feels like 2nd nature. Please shout/PM
As for the 7s:
Friday I managed 2 ss and 4 s and 9.5 syns
Saturday I managed 3 ss and 7 s and 5 syns
and today I have managed (so far) 4 ss and 1 s
Building it up each day lol. I find the s fairly easy, its the ss I find hard. Im not a berry fan and most ss are berries, so I hid loads in my breakfast lol.0 -
Thanks for the kind welcome guys. Iv stocked up for tomorrow so now just got to get my head into it. Iv been on the DFW boards and following advice bought a slow cooker, which i think is great does anyone use their slow cooker on the SW eating plan, as the chunky stews i do have loads of gravy etc in and i cant have that. Any ideas would be appreciated. You can stand there and agonize........
