i notice you don't use many syns up. is this because you're nearly at target weight? i always thought if you used less than 10 then weight loss slowed down unless you were nearly at target weight?
I do usually use about 12-15 syns, that was a good day for me.
I wish I was near target, got stones and stones to go, ive not been very good lately so im trying to jumpstart my wt loss by copying what I ate the first week I started when I lost 5lbs.

    Today I have had

Breakfast - boiled egg, 2 wholemeal nimble (HEB), teaspoon of lurpak 2 syns
Lunch - tuna salad, mullerlight, fat free vinigraite dressing, banana
Tea -chicken and veg stir fry, blue dragon stir fry sauce 2.5 syns and white boiled rice 8 syns, jubbly 1 syn
Also had the 250ml semi skimmed milk for tea and coffee

So to summarise - 1 HEA, 1 HEB, 13.5 syns.

I am also on nights at the moment so find it harder to eat all my syns.

Sammy, my DH is now off work for 2 weeks, so I have a weekend that will last a fortnight  We tend to have a bottle of wine in the evening, whereas we wouldnt do that if he was working.

We're hoping to go out walking quite a bit while he's off, so hopefully that will offset any damage the wine does :o

I posted on the chat thread yesterday, the scan bran arrived. Now maybe I'm a bit odd, but I think it's yummy

Thanks again for sending it to me x

Told you Spud, its like Marmite - you either love it or you hate it......

My OH is only working 2 days next week, monday and friday so he will be home all week. The only glimmer of hope on the horizon is I took him for a run this morning and he gave up half way round and took a short cut home, while I carried on. He then went to bed!!! I think he has realised how fat and out of condition he has become :rotfl: :rotfl: Although he is right at this very minute tooking in to Onion Pakora and chicken Jalfrezi and rice....:rotfl:

My weight loss has sped up since I lowered my syns. Ive been doing SW on and off for the last 5 years and Ive come to believe its a myth that you need to keep your syns up to lose weight.
