you can get blister plasters that heal the plasters whilst cushioning the feet from more pain. They worked for me...

As to my day yesterday - awful! Had quite a stressful and urgent job to do at work so didn't have time for lunch so I had two milky bars (really small ones) then when I came home the fall out from the wayward daughter led to a serious serious argument with OH and so I started on the wine and then OH went to get me food! He came back with salt and pepper spare ribs and chicken fried rice and curry sauce. He said forget your on a diet for once!!!!

Oh well, as we say today is another day!

Youv done really well so far cleosmum, you have kept really focused whilst still helping wayward slimmers like me.
For tea I have had extra lean mince, small amount of pasta sauce, mushrooms and onion, mullerlight and 2 calypso 2 syns, I had a baked potato (HEB).
So to summarise I have had 1 HEA
    2 HEB
    12 syns.

I am on nights for the next three nights so as long as no well meaning patients leave us boxes of chocs I should be OK.

Hi supersavershal, I know what you mean about working nights I was a nurse for many years on the Burns Unit until I retired at 65, it is so hard to say no to chocolates and we used to get them all the time on the Unit. I still have a job to say no to chocs:eek: I have been maintaining for the last couple of weeks, so I really have to get myself into gear and write everything down that I eat, ;) thats the only way I can stay on the straight & narrow:rotfl: have a good day, bubsy

Hi northernlass, I know weekends are a bit of a B  arn't they!! but lets look at it this way, ;) If you are good all the week and stick to the plan as much as possible, surely a few extra syns at the weekend can't do too much harm,:rotfl: diets can be such a bore if one can't cheat a little bit sometimes. Have a good day, bubsy

Thanks Busby70, thats what i thought but it always seems to go against me. i try really hard all week sticking to it at least 90% then have a bit of a splurge on a weekend and my weighloss plummets:( . i am going to try hard this weekend just to see what my weightloss would be if i were good all week.

Well, managed to stand still on the scales long enough to gage my weight. Thanks for the vinegar tip nothernlass, it seems to have worked, not ready for any walks yet but at least I can stand. Anyway, found I'd put on a pound, but was pleasantly surprised by that as I'd expected a lot more after the last few days. I'm back to the straight and narrow today and trying not to hear the bread and cereal calling to me. I know I'm allowed a little but it doesn't stop there with me I'm afraid.
  • Not a bad day for me,
    Red day

Breakfast - grilled bacon fat removed, poached egg, tinned tomatoes, small brown roll (HEB) teaspoon of lurpak 2 syns.

Lunch - salad, tuna, fat free vinagrete dressing, pear, miniola, mullerlight.

Tea - baked potato (HEB), chicken, garden peas 1 syn, carrots, the chicken had a tikka marinade 2 tablespoons its a new one from heinz and I couldnt find it in the directory so ive allowed 5 syns for it.

For a treat I had a skinny cow choc ice lolly, I thought it would be ok but it was 5 syns!!!!

So ive had 1 (HEA) milk in tea
2 (HEB) wholemeal roll and baked potato
    13 syns.

I feel really full im just sipping water now.
Does that all sound OK, anyon know the secret you know what, can you PM it to me pls?

that heinz spread and bake stuff is yummy isn't it.
