    A pound off for me this week.Not much I know but a 100% improvement on the past few weeks.Im trying hard to get back into it.
    I have woken up with a really painful knee today and am having trouble walking on it.OH is moaning at me to get it looked at but im worried the doc will just say I need to lose weight and fob me off, and I will be embarrassed saying my bad knee is down to my weight problem.
    Oh the trouble my weight causes me.

    Ive had a nightmare day today :( I started off with 2 x weetabix and 250ml semi skimmed and went off to a meeting, where I got stuck for much longer than anticipated and grabbed a panini. Was quite small and I shall brave looking up the syns in a mo! Then I bought 2 alpen lights, so thats another HEB, which is good! Then I had to take my brother somewhere at teatime, only just got back and am starving :( And to top it all its day 1 of star and I feel like crap. My scales have been kind and reckon its 1.5lb off, will see tomorrow though!

    Whinge over lol.

    Sadly things have changed and Polenta (like couscous etc) has to be synned if it's used as a flour substitute (5 syns per 28gms). It's classed as misuse of product.

    I did wonder about this the other day, and thought maybe they dont make it into a flour sub? I suppose just by baking it it has become a flour sub. I shall bring it up at the group tomorrow, as they have blamed poor weight loss on eating too much in one go, when its likely to be those syns!

    I have decided to go back to my food diary from week one when I lost 5lbs and im going to follow it for the next week to hopefully kickstart me and get me back into it.
    Ive done a big on line shop and ordered everything I need so no excuses, mullerlights are on offer 4 for a pound in Mr Ts so Ive stocked up.
    The warm weather had made me realise I am uncomfortable, Im being a godmother again in October so would like to wear something nice then.
    Im all fired up now.
    Well done to all the losers and good luck to those who have yet to weigh in.

    Off to Bradford to see a client today. Early start and worrying about what I will eat today. Got my tea all sorted, Gammon steak, egg and SW chips and having weetabix in a minute.

    Will have to resist the biscuits, but they want to take me out for lunch.. I am not too good when I go out so will have to try and make wise choice.

    PS When I come home later I am going to try to make SW carrot cake. I don't like it but I am hoping to convert OH. Then off to Tai Chi tonight to see what thats like! No chance to hop on the Wii fit today then...

    28g alpen with natural yog and chopped banana

    packet of crisps 6.5 syns

    Now off to group with a couple of alpen light bars.

    Will be better tomorrow!

    well im not doing too bad so far this week though it is only thursday:D . i turned down takeaway tonight:A so i gave myself a big pat on the back. mind you i still have the weekend to contend with and the weekend is my downfall but im gonna try and be good, i will have a green day on saturday that way i can have a chinese and that will make me feel like i have been naughty:T , well in theory anyway:rolleyes: .

    Not a bad day for me,
    Red day

    Breakfast - grilled bacon fat removed, poached egg, tinned tomatoes, small brown roll (HEB) teaspoon of lurpak 2 syns.

    Lunch - salad, tuna, fat free vinagrete dressing, pear, miniola, mullerlight.

    Tea - baked potato (HEB), chicken, garden peas 1 syn, carrots, the chicken had a tikka marinade 2 tablespoons its a new one from heinz and I couldnt find it in the directory so ive allowed 5 syns for it.

    For a treat I had a skinny cow choc ice lolly, I thought it would be ok but it was 5 syns!!!!

    So ive had 1 (HEA) milk in tea
    2 (HEB) wholemeal roll and baked potato
    13 syns.

    I feel really full im just sipping water now.
    Does that all sound OK, anyon know the secret you know what, can you PM it to me pls?

    hi everyone - sorry to be mia but a busy week .

    Soooooooooo I went to class last night and lost 3.5 lbs which was great as i had put on 2.5lbs the previous week as it was my birthday week.

    well done everyone - keep the good work up:D
