Maybe I should try to get some scan bran after all. Is there an easier to buy alternative. I've never attended a SW meeting
Scan Bran is the only thing known to man with that much fibre in such a small item :rotfl: so I don't think there's any real alternative (can be bought from Holland & Barrett though).
If you buy some, do be sure to drink extra water to help flush it through - one thing's for sure, it'll keep you 'regular' :rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
I just made the couscous cake, and it's really lovely :T
I found some polenta when I was looking for the couscous, I wonder if I can make a cake from that
roll it out to desired size and thickness, bake it until it dries out a bit then cover with passata and your favourite toppings and bake again.
you can even kneed in some herbs or garlic or something before you roll it out to give it more flavour.
