Thanks northernlass, finally feel like I am getting somewhere!

Talk about scenic route, been to the moon and back, I started this on 20 aug last year!
  • yes but it will fall into place eventually, and it will for you too. you are on the right track so dont let anything get in your way and you will make it, it is a hard thing to do lose weight, it is so easy to put it on and 30 times harder to lose it but we can do it and we will do it together. dont forget we are here for you we are here for each other and we will all do it together, some may take longer that others but who cares as long as we get there in the end. dont ever give up.
    sorry im waffling

Im in a good place with it recently, last couple of months Ive noticed changes which I think will mean I will keep it off for longer (forever!) this time, like not craving sweet stuff, eating more slowly and enjoying food and I can no longer eat until I get that stuffed uncomfy feeling, I now hate that. Last time I did it I didnt 'get' any of that, so I know I have made some significant, naturally occuring, changes.

My consultant asked me what I would like to see at the end of the countdown, and normally I wont say as I sabotage myself. But I feel strong enough to say that by the end of the countdown I would like to see target, or as near dammit! 6 weeks eeeeeeeeekkkkkkk better get on with another 7,7,7 over 7! Care to join me NL?!

This was my day out yesterday at a clients.

I had 1 weetabix for breakfast (only had 1 left!) (HEB)
250 ml milk for weetabix and tea and coffee for the day (HEA)

    Apple
    Banana

    1 wagon wheel (8 syns)

Lunch - carvery with gammon and beef, 2 new pototoes with skins on (HEB) Peas (1 syn) cauliflower cheese (HEA) I BIG yorkshire pudding (6 SYNS) 1 Stuffing ball (2 Syns) Gravy (3 syns - I bet it was made with fat from meat)

1 small white wine and soda (4 syns)

Dinner - 2 gammon steaks and sweetcorn (1.5 syns) thought sweetcorn was free on red but oh well.

Thats 25.5 syns... Oh well, actually it could have been a lot worse! I just wish I had resisted that wagon wheel!!!!

i will do it again but not until next week now, i have to start things the day after weigh in or i confuse myself and i like to see results after a full week. so if you still want to then count me in, it was difficult last time but i persevered and lost 4lb.
i am trying for a 2lb loss this week to get me into the next stone down and so far ive not done too badly this week, i have had my full quota of syns but not enough free foods so i will have to be ultra good this weekend and i hate weekends LOL.
