I've had quorn sausages with mushy peas tonight with OH out at footy practice.

I've still got a 'b' choice left and all my syns, although with my sister coming down on Friday we might go out for a few drinks so I'll save what I can of my syns - just in case!

I was a bit naughty this morning. When the thread started, someone posted a link to a butcher doing syn free sausages. They are £3.30 a pack, but there is a minimum 8 pack order rule!! However, as I need every way possible of sticking to the plan, I've ordered a selection so I can have some red days and have sausages on them! I often struggle to find things I enjoy on a red day - particularly for lunch, so this will be ideal with eggs.

Not a very MSE purchase at £33 all in.........but needs must if I want to succedd and it's not as if I'll be eating them all at the same time!!

Joined in real life last Thurs so tomorrow is weigh in.

Got off to a good start then it all went down hill Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon after a hectic week/end.

Tried to get back on track yesterday on a green day and had:

    Tea
Home made egg fried (fylight) rice made with:
    57g cooked pork (b)
    Rice (free)
    Onions (free)
    Peppers (free)
    Celery (free)
    Egg (free)

a choice was milk for my coffee's

Today I've had a red day:

    Brunch
    Weetabix (b)
    Milk (also for coffees) (a)
    Raspberries (free)

    Tea
    Chicken breast (free)

It just doesnt seem like diet food to me so I hope I'm doing ok

Lets hope I can keep on track this time, I will go and get weighed every Thurs but I wont be staying for the meetings with the humiliating Marjory Dawes, I'll stick to you lot :p

Hi TT, thats the point of SW, it is not a diet its a whole new way of eating, one that can be stuck to forever. Good luck im sure all will be well at weigh in, it can take a couple of weeks before everything falls into place, ive been doing this for a few months now and i still cant beleive how much you can eat and still lose weight:T
