Somehow I managed to lose ½lb this week, which I'm surprised at as I'm having great difficulty sticking to this at the moment. Never been a pasta fan and am getting fed up with the foods lately. Been craving bread/cereal etc so I've decided to change to a diet from the British Heart Foundation that I was given by a dietician at the doctors. This diet allows up to seven portions of starchy food a day, so almost doubles the amount slimmers world allow. Point is I like this board and in all honesty have begun to regard you all as friends, please may I continue to post here although I shan't be following the same plan. I know there are other boards I could post on but I feel at home here.

hi tizzzzy, i was given this plan by the doctors and i found i couldnt do it, all the carbs i had to eat (i was allowed 9 a day) was impossible for me, i get bloated on a green day on SW, if you were a GD person on SW then it should be ok with you. i found it really hard working out what was in the food i was eating, for example, what was in a pitta bread or fajitta bread, nothing is explained, it is a case of going right back to basics and staying there.
Good luck with it though, (god i sound really negative but dont mean to be honest)

Nice to see you here Amy.
Today is another red day for me, ive had

Breakfast - 2 WM nimble (HEB), teaspoon of flora 1.5 syns and a boiled egg.
Lunch - chicken, teaspoon of light mayo 2syns and about 2.5 inches of french stick (will have to look syns up for this).

Tea will be chicken with the heinz spread and bake on and baked potato and free veg.with strawberries and mullerlight to follow.

I have made my own diary sheets because I lose track without them so im off out to shops to try to find an A5 binder to keep them in, they are floating around my handbag at the moment and I keep losing them.I will be good and give the bike half an hour tonight.
Well done herewegoagain for maintaining hope your comp gets sorted soon.
Tizzy - could you not have stuck to green days and you could have had lots of carb type foods, the carbs dont agree with me I am intolerant I think, I get bloating and horrid symptoms.
