    Green.....I think:D

Had raspberries and yoghurt for brekkie but I have a MShop to do this morning at a Fast Food place and there is nothing SW on the menu, believe me...............I suppose I could bin it and just have the drink:rolleyes:

Having a green day today, dont know what yet but I have stuff for veg curry, ratatouille and some pasta so I think I will be OK.

Trying to up my activity levels too buy joining in with Flyladying:cool:

Hi MM, all ican sugest is shop around, dont do all your shopping in a supermarket, i buy all my yoghurts from Herons (dont know if you have one tho) my fruit and veg at the fruit shop and i always do a big shop at a large meat warehouse and stock up my freezer. i NEVER do a full shop at a supermarket and i save so much money each week.
well done for getting the whole family in on this, i did and my kids dont know they are eating anything different, but what i have noticed is.. the energy levels of the kids have gone through the roof, they no longer want to sit at the PC or playstation they want to be out on their bikes or running around at the park, they are also more alert at school and both their teachers have comented on it, so SW is a good all rounder.
