green day for me today tho i dont know why i always get bloated in green days.:confused::confused:

...........if i feel sluggish then its back to red unfortunately:( .

On Green days it's particularly important to make sure you drink lots of fluids (not alcoholic ones, sadly). This should help to flush out that bloatedness that some people get from having lots of carbs.

Try to avoid bread too - sometimes that's all it needs for a great weight loss :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I have found that I can have green days as long as I dont eat pasta on those days. I can eat rice no probs, and I can eat potatoes as long as not too many.

    Right....

    Red day:

28g alpen (B) with banana, blackberries (ss), redcurrants (ss), raspberries (ss), blackcurrants (ss) and vff nat yog.

Oh what an awful day so far! Had breakfast late so didnt have lunch, not had tea yet. Got so hungry at my mums that I had a brownie and a bite size sausage roll, so just off to check the syn values.

Dinner is stir fry veg (all s) with fresh mackerel. Will be snacking on lots of fresh fruit tonight to make up for appalling day.

    Phew, damage not too bad!

I have guessed that its same syns as the tikka one, wish they would add it to syns online! Hoping the syn value is better as tikka is quite creamy and the med is tomato based.

    red day today.

    Had
    2 weetabix
    skimmed milk
    banana
    strawberries
    sausages

I've just cooked some of the butcher's syn free sausages and they are lovely!

I have to go to a fortnightly meeting where there is always a pile of cakes and biscuits but I didn't have any :) Iwas soooo hungry when I left work at 2 though!

My sister is staying this weekend so i'm doing chicken and salad tonight and I've saved 45 syns (including todays!) to be able to have a few drinks tonight. I'm guessing it will be probably 3 pints of cider, double vodka and diet cokes or white wine (but no, not all 3!!!)
