Well I lost 4lbs in my first week despite my fall(s) of the waggon.

Have already fallen a couple of times this week too :o:o but plan to stay on track from hereonin.

Today was a green day (I prefer these) and I have eaten:

    A huge salad with:
    pasta
    prawns (b)
    egg
    lettuce
    tomato
    spring onions
    peppers
    beetroot
    cucumber
    mayo (1.5 syns)

    and
SW chips tossed in chilli powder
    cheese (a) omlette
    mayo (1.5 syns)

    milk for coffee's (a)

The chips look pants but I have to say I enjoyed it much more than I was expecting to :)

Well done Tigtag 4lbs is an excellent start:T Never thought of coating the SW chips in chilli, sounds nice.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

What about fruit and virtually fat free natural yog or fromage frais for breakfast? It will boost your metabolism, which will also increase your appetite.

the thing is - I really dont enjoy fruit anymore. if I eat some, I have to force it down. dont know why - I've always loved fruit. I do sometimes try to have a glass of milk in the morning.
