Ok, here's the plan for tomorrow. Thought I'd get it in now so you can correct me where I've fluffed up.:o

    B'fast
    2 x Weetabix (b) and some skimmed milk (a)
    banana

    Lunch
Tuna pasta salad: wholewheat pasta, tuna (b), cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, pepper, v low fat fromage frais, tbsp low fat mayo (2.5 syns), 2 light babybel (a) (May have a dollop of v low fat cottage cheese as well)
    Kiwi, grapes

    Dinner
    SW chips, eggs, mushy peas
Mullerlight, some more fruit but I'll probably be sick of it by now :o

If I need a snack at some point, I think I could have another 1 light babybel (as I'm allowed 3 under the 'a' choice)

    More skimmed milk in tea.

I may have a cappucino out of the vending machine at work which is prob a big synner, but drink water most of the day.

    Sound okay?

    sp x

Sounds good, just remember to measure your skimmed milk. A little tip which i do is to add water to the milk for weetabix, as it soaks up a lot, i like hot water on mine..but it is personal choice. That way it frees up another healthy A option. If you don't want to have the baby bels you could have double milk as two A options as well, and swap for free muller lights instead. I find them more filling.
Cappucino, can be quite expensive syn wise, i used to take options with me. Cheaper on purse and is 2 syns and far tastier.

I agree, it seems really complicated when you first read it, but 3 days in I've pretty much got the hang of it!

(and of course I only ever weigh in once a week :o but when I didn't get on the scales this morning, they definitely didn't say that I've already lost 2lbs....shhhhh..... :D)

do any of the long time SW'ers have a fav sweet thing that they have found that settles a sugar craving but is not too many sins?
I used to think artic roll was great the first time i did the sw diet but this time it doesnt seem to calm the cravings.
i've tried maltesers which are 9 sins for 38g - but trust me, thats is not alot.
so does anyone have any ideas?

Snags are you having the extra Heathly Extra 'A's too? I was reading earlier that how ever many months old your bambino is, affects the number of extras you should have! If you want, I can try and find it for you...was on a forum post I found earlier? xxx

Just for anyone breastfeeding, looks like from what I found you can have 4 extra Health Extra 'A' choices and once the bambino hits 6 months and if you are still breastfeeding whilst weening, it goes down to 1 extra Healthy Extra...

So far so good, had a mullerlight with a cuppa as I felt the munchies coming on and had 5 sports mixtures out of a big pack, so that will be all my sins for today. I still cant quite believe that I can have as much fruit as I want and still lose weight.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
