Itsnowtime, I've added you to the spreadsheet. Just pm me your weightloss each week, and if you want to, start & target weights, or target weightloss.

thanks very much - I'll get weighed on Tuesday morning and send you through all my details later that day.

  • Hiya Snaggles i`d like to join in if i may. Me & 3 of my workmates have been doing this for the past 3 months & i have already lost 8lbs so can you please put me down for starting weight of 16 stone (which i`m very embarrased to admit!) Though i know it works as i did it a few yrs ago when i went to America & lost 2 stone so i`m hoping for the same again this time(and more if possible!) Thanks

My plan for tomorrow - a red day..........eek, I love my green days!!! I'm determined though to try to vary what I eat as much as possible so I don't slip back into my SW 'rut'.

    Breakfast

Optivita, banana, strawberries and skimmed milk (a choice, b choice and free)

    Lunch

Bacon, Quorn sausages, eggs, tomato (free)

    Dinner

Slow cooked turkey thigh, leeks, carrots, swede, potatoes in a casserole sauce.
(free, b choice for the potatoes plus some syns for some of the sauce - need to look that up)

Snacks in the afternoon after I get back from my course- mullerlights, bananas, grapes, strawberries.

Wannabee free - don't be embarrassed, I've a bloody long way to go to get to 16 stone :( I'm guessing I'm the heaviest in the group. I worked out that I need to lose the weight of a 3 seater sofa yesterday :(

Ok, here's the plan for tomorrow. Thought I'd get it in now so you can correct me where I've fluffed up.:o

    B'fast
    2 x Weetabix (b) and some skimmed milk (a)
    banana

    Lunch
Tuna pasta salad: wholewheat pasta, tuna (b), cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, pepper, v low fat fromage frais, tbsp low fat mayo (2.5 syns), 2 light babybel (a) (May have a dollop of v low fat cottage cheese as well)
    Kiwi, grapes

    Dinner
    SW chips, eggs, mushy peas
Mullerlight, some more fruit but I'll probably be sick of it by now :o

If I need a snack at some point, I think I could have another 1 light babybel (as I'm allowed 3 under the 'a' choice)

    More skimmed milk in tea.

I may have a cappucino out of the vending machine at work which is prob a big synner, but drink water most of the day.

    Sound okay?
