Ok, here's the plan for tomorrow. Thought I'd get it in now so you can correct me where I've fluffed up.:o

    B'fast
    2 x Weetabix (b) and some skimmed milk (a)
    banana

    Lunch
Tuna pasta salad: wholewheat pasta, tuna (b), cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, pepper, v low fat fromage frais, tbsp low fat mayo (2.5 syns), 2 light babybel (a) (May have a dollop of v low fat cottage cheese as well)
    Kiwi, grapes

    Dinner
    SW chips, eggs, mushy peas
Mullerlight, some more fruit but I'll probably be sick of it by now :o

If I need a snack at some point, I think I could have another 1 light babybel (as I'm allowed 3 under the 'a' choice)

    More skimmed milk in tea.

I may have a cappucino out of the vending machine at work which is prob a big synner, but drink water most of the day.

    Sound okay?

    sp x

    sounds fab :T

OK this is my first day, and its been a good while since I did SW so I have forgotten most of it.

    Red Day

    Breakfast
2 Slices WM toast with scraping of lemon Jam

    Lunch
Turkey slices with salad and egg

    Dinner
Beef casserole with carrots, peas and green beans, 1 small potato

    Snacks
    1 Babybel light cheese
    1 snack a jack caramel
    Fruit

Does this look OK ? Too late if the toasts not, I have eaten it already:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Keren could you send me the sheety things you have with the SW info on? I'm all a bit confused still. I can't find any info on doing SW while pregnant, well I can, but I don't know how many extra a and b choices I'm allowed if any?

At a guess I'd probably just do the regular diet but have the full 15 syns? I would actually like to lose a bit of weight but would be really happy not to gain more than a stone.

    Heya Toto...

Have been doing a scan on some SW forums for you and some mentioned you can have an extra 'A' choice when pregnant, .e.g milk, cheese etc and you have to have more if you breastfeed after the baby is born.

I don't know for def. about the extra 'A' choice, just going on what the forums mentioned, but am sure that the bit about the breastfeeding is true as remember being told that when I went to classes many moons ago...

Hopefully someone could confirm it for you? I am sure that it is fine to follow when pregnant as is healthy eating...

I hope this may help a bit...I suppose thinking about it, it does make sense as the baby takes some of your calcium doesn't it and 'A' choices are all about calcium? Sorry my DD is 11 and can't remember much!

    Crongrats on the pregnancy!

    Love Donna xxx
