superpup, you can alternate if you like, you can do all red, all green 1 green in a week, 4 red a month - whatever you like.

I might just start only eating yogurt then I only have to choose different flavours :rolleyes:0 -
you can do whatever you like, as many green or red days as you fancy - I often do 6 green and 1 red, or all green. If my weight loss slows down, I do a few more red ones as I seem to lose more doing lots of red days.
I wake up in the morning and think.....hhhmm, I fancy a green day today (or visa versa a red day!)"Stay Wonky":D

Bunny's also mentioned that when you go to SW classes, when you lose 10% of your body weight you become a club10 member, so I've added a column if anyone wants to include a club10 target.

i so far have decided on brekkie too
and I find SW far too confusing as well

Well, here's my plan for tomorrow. I hope I've got it right. I think I'll mainly be doing Green days. I've not got any yogurts in so it'll be fruit for snacks, and carrot sticks.
By the way, I shaved a carrot with my potato peeler tonight and had it in my stir fry. It looked really good!
