    Snaggles....what do I do if I need to look at your spreadsheet for inspiration? Do I have to find the relevant post or is there somewhere central I can go to?
    Suzy - click HERE. I'll ask Bunny to add it to the first post too, so it's easy to find without having to trawl through loads of pages, and I'll post an update on the thread every so often too.

    I am starting the plan tomorrow and I am trying to get rid of all the yummies in the house tonight, so I need to eat this custard slice just so it wont be there tomorrow........dont I?
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Tigtag - if it moos, clucks, oinks, bleats or ....well.....what sound do fish make?....it's red. If it grows and you can pick it....it's green (even if it's yellow, red, purple, white or orange).

    Of course, you can still have things that moo, cluck etc on a green day, but I think you're confused enough as it is.

    Seriously, you will get the hang of it....just keep asking whatever you need to know.

    I think fish go *bob* :p

    So red for once living and green for grown.

    So on a green day I can eat as much veg/fruit/salad as I want and on a red as much meat.

    What about pasta? :confused::confused:
