I'm having a green day too hunny-I had beans on toast for brekkie-wholemeal as my 1 healthy 'B' option.
I'm having a courgette frittata for lunch and couscous salad for tea, maybe with some quorn bits in it?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Sounds nice Bunny - I've made couscous & quorn before & rubbed some Moroccan-y type spices into the quorn, and then put little bits of orange and cucumber into the couscous....not sure if that sounds a bit gross but it tasted quite nice!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Hi. Sorry for confusion - it was just my local library website. You can probably find yours on your local council main website. I thought it would be a good way to try the recipes without having to buy the book and then having it sit on a shelf unused like all the others!0 -

If I've missed anyone, please shout, because I AM a bit blonde! And if anyone doesn't want to be on the spreadsheet, let me know and I'll take you off.
I'll fill in the starting weight, target weight and target weight losses (done it like that so people have a choice how much they want to disclose, in case you're shy like me!:rotfl:) as and when people PM me them - but you don't have to tell me any of them if you don't want to, just pm me the weekly losses if you prefer.

Afternoon all
I have had my b'fast as stated by 7 day free trial. I'm on a red day today and have had porridge with skimmed milk and banana. I didn't want to add sugar as I've already had 2.5 syns with a glass of orange juice so I put in some dried apricots which worked out at half of a healthy B option.
The sheet said I could follow it with bacon and scrambled eggs but a) I didn't have time and b) the bacon wasn't defrosted. Does it matter that I haven't eaten this? Or can I have it as part of my lunch as I really don't fancy the smoked salmon and xtra light laughing cow on ryvita that I'm supposed to have?
I really need to buy the book so I'm going to look on ebay.
