    Thanks guys

I didn't know I had to include the cheese I had with the jacket as I was told to have that on the menu plan. It's not very clear tbh but I suppose they're hoping I'll join to learn more.

I suppose I could count the 2 lots of cheese as A's as that would reduce my syns, wouldn't it?

Do I have to have 2 B's today? I think I've only had 1. I don't think I've had any other syns apart from the dairy overload :o Shall I just whack a piece of toast down me before I go to bed? (I am a bit peckish.) What do you reckon I should have on it? I fancy either Skippy peanut butter (prob about 35 syns  ) or bit of butter and honey. Do you reckon I could get away with either of those? Could have marmite but will probably sulk... :o

    Oh, and Hi Tw1nklestar :hello:

    Morning Snaggles,

Feeling a bit delicate this morning I had one last blow out last night when out with the girls before I get started, I had chip shop chips with gravy and batter on them at 1pm this morning Uhhh, I can still taste them

So I am getting my SW provisions in today but I was wondering if you knew which was the best breakfast cereal to buy for the SW diet, I cant stand porridge and a yoghurt and fruit would leave me starving. I only ever use skimmed milk so I am looking to get some cereal today, I quite like bran flakes or corn flakes. Any ideas if they are allowed?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Oh I forgot to ask, are we giving you targets or starting weight etc for the spreadsheet. I think my target is to take all the fat off my tummy and thighs and move it to my boobs.:rotfl:

Hi Louise! Just replied on the chat thread about the Jack Daniels (2.5 syns for a small one, if anyone is interested :rotfl:)....not sure about the cereals hun, I would think they are a healthy extra, but will grab the book and check in a second. Oooh, feel like I'm getting the hang of this!

As far as the spreadsheet goes, I've just set it up to add up the weight we have lost so far....but I can add in some fields for starting and goal weights if that's what people want. I'm just trying to learn how to use Excel, so it's all good practice. ;)

Some people might not want to say how much they weigh, just how much they have lost, so either is fine. :)

Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale

Right then, Bran flakes it is. I dont have time to make anything else during the week so at least if I have them in I wont be tempted by toast with butter on mmmmmmmmmmmmm butter.

I will offer my stats for the spreadsheet

Current weight 9 stone 10 lbs
Target weight 8 stone 7 lbs
I am aiming for at least 2 lbs a week to lose. Ermm there are 14 lbs in a stone arent there?? I think I am still a bit tipsy from last night:rotfl: I want to weigh 8 and an half stone So I need to lose 17 lbs, that took some working out:rotfl:

  • Hi everyone

I just did a quick search on my library website for Slimming World books. They don't have the guides but do have the following:

Slimming World free foods : guilt-free food for healthy appetites
Slimming World curries of the world
Slimming World's 30-minute meals : 120 quick recipes for family feasts
Slimming World's four seasons cookbook : 120 recipes to take you through the year
Slimming World food with family & friends
    Slimming World fast food

Looks good for entertaining without falling off the wagon. I bet friends would never need to know they were eating a SW menu!
